McQuaid, Acting Assistant Attorney General of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “This complaint underscores the department’s commitment to investigating and prosecuting those who would undermine citizens’ voting rights.”

What did he do?

“The complaint alleges that in 2016, Mackey established an audience on Twitter with approximately 58,000 followers. A February 2016 analysis by the MIT Media Lab ranked Mackey as the 107th most important influencer of the then-upcoming Election, ranking his account above outlets and individuals such as NBC News (#114), Stephen Colbert (#119) and Newt Gingrich (#141).

As alleged in the complaint, between September 2016 and November 2016, in the lead up to the Nov. 8, 2016, U.S. Presidential Election, Mackey conspired with others to use social media platforms, including Twitter, to disseminate fraudulent messages designed to encourage supporters of one of the presidential candidates (the “Candidate”) to “vote” via text message or social media, a legally invalid method of voting.”

Governor DeWine announced that beginning on Thursday, July 23, at 6:00 p.m., a statewide mask mandate will go into effect for citizens living in all 88 Ohio counties. 

All individuals in Ohio must wear facial coverings in public at all times when:

  • At an indoor location that is not a residence
  • Outdoors, but unable to maintain six-foot social distance from people who are not household members
  • Waiting for, riding, driving, or operating public transportation, such as a taxi, a car service, or a private car used for ride-sharing.

The order only requires those 10 years old or older to wear a mask. Additional exclusions include: 

  • Those with a medical condition or a disability or those communicating with someone with a disability;
  • Those who are actively exercising or playing sports;
  • Those who are officiants at religious services;
  • Those who are actively involved in public safety; or
  • Those who are actively eating or drinking.

First, we must answer the question can a Govenor mandate all of the citizens of a state to wear a mask? It is not a statute or law passed by their legislative branch! A simple understanding of the Constitution shows that there are 3 seperate, equal branches of government set up with certian dutuies.

Legislative branch passes law.

The Executive branch enforces the law

The Judicial Branch says wether the laws are Constitutional

So according to the Constitution , the supreme law of the land, No, a Govenor can not write his own laws! That would make him a dictator! So why are police enforcing an unconstitutional order when the offcer swore to defend and uphold the Constitution? Are they the Govenors personal army?

Next there is an exception for a medical condition. If she has asthma she should be exempt. Then in the video the only people she was less than 6 feet away from were those she was there with. Possibly those from her own family which again would be within the Unconstitional order by the Govenor.

Why isn’t CNN showing you this? Bet if the Cop was white and the offender black it wouldget 24/7 news or would it? Wouldn’t that expose the mask agenda? This should never happen to an American citizen!~RJH

You just can not make this up! This San Francisco Government program does not help all women! No, just Black and Pacific Islanders! This violates the 14th amemdent of the Constituion that gaurantees equal protection under the law! Why would any City pass this and brag about it?

Breed, in partnership with Expecting Justice, today announced the launch of the Abundant Birth Project, a pilot program that provides targeted basic income to women during pregnancy and after giving birth. The pilot will provide an unconditional monthly income supplement of $1,000 to approximately 150 Black and Pacific Islander women in San Francisco for the duration of their pregnancy and for the first six months of their baby’s life, with a goal of eventually providing a supplement for up to two years post-pregnancy.
