Some American Dr.’S in America believe Patriotism is a mental disorder. You may laugh that off, but it may be the next war waged on our Freedom and Rights. Is Patriotism a mental disorder?
First, let’s take a look at what the Constitution says. That is after all the supreme law of America. “A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”
actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.).“making an unauthorized copy would infringe copyright”
synonyms: contravene, violate, transgress, break, breach; More
act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on.“his legal rights were being infringed”
synonyms: restrict, limit, curb, check, encroach on; More
This is a pretty clear declaration. Would not licensing be infringement? Since We The People have allowed our rights to be licensed we have given the power over them to the Federal Government and not our creator. Now the federal government can regulate, tax and deny your right “that shall not be infringed upon”.
So now we have President Trump saying take the gun away first, then we will do due process. This is not how American law works. In America, you are Innocent until proven guilty. You need Probable cause to obtain a warrant to deprive someone of their personal property. Our President saying take the guns first!!
In America, Due Process of law is essential to justice. Taking someone’s property away without due process is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and may be a very slippery slope. Will Patriotism be put on the Mentally Ill list? Who will decide what a mental illness is? The same government trying to infringe upon your right to bear arms?
Do not be fooled America. Our Rights grant us our freedom. Good men and women died to guarantee these rights. Do we not dishonor their sacrifice by allowing the government to erode our rights with wave after wave of regulations, rules, and laws? Rights are like a muscle if you do not exercise them they get weak. ~RJH
