Mike Pence’s Stance On Red Flag Laws Is Not Constitutional! America Is Being Brainwashed Into Giving Up Their Constitutional, Rights!

Many are going back in forth on social media about a mysterious envelope. Conservatives are blocking each other and at each other’s throats over this. Why?

If you want proof that Mike Pence is an unconstitutional Vice President look no further than his stance on Red Flag laws and what He signed into law in Indiana.

“In Indiana, the police may temporarily confiscate firearms from people who are threatening to harm themselves or others. No warrant or judge’s signature is necessary. The police must submit a written statement describing why the person whose guns were seized is considered dangerous, and the person can respond at a hearing. Within 14 days a judge must agree that probable cause exists, or the person’s guns must be returned.”

The Constitution clearly states “The 5th Amendment states that no one may be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.”: US CONSTITUTION 

What does Mike Pence’s boss think?

This Natural, unalienable right is supposed to come before a United States Citizens property is taken! So not only do Red Flag laws like this violate the 2nd amendment they also violate the 5th. At stake also is the first amendment because more often or not the red flag laws are triggered by what someone may or may not have said.

We ask could Hillary have gotten these Red Flag laws through? Not a chance it would have united the Right and made it stronger. So enter Donald trump and now I personally spend a lot of time debating “conservatives” over these laws. What changed? Many follow blindly and that has to change in America. Many will not believe the evidence right in front of them. Here is President Trump saying something that should shock every American regardless of their political party.

Republicans are not fighting this issue and instead are negotiating and participating in it.

But a bipartisan proposal by Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., is gaining momentum following weekend mass shootings in Texas and Ohio. The still-emerging plan would create a federal grant program to encourage states to adopt “red flag” laws to take guns away from people believed to be a danger to themselves or others.

A similar bill never came up for a vote in the GOP-controlled Senate last year, but both parties express hope that this year will be different. President Donald Trump has signaled support for the plan.

Are these Rights up for negotiation or even the lawmakers to negotiate with?

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

The founding fathers intended the government of the new nation to have the sole charge of protecting the inalienable rights of its citizens, and made that clear as they stated:

“That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –  That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government …”

While there is not a specific list of rights that are considered inalienable in the Constitution, there are some rights that are generally accepted as natural rights of man. The list is extensive, and the following are but a few:

  • To act in self-defense
  • To own private property
  • To work and enjoy the fruits of one’s labor
  • To move freely within the county or to another country
  • To worship or refrain from worshipping within a freely-chosen religion
  • To be secure in one’s home
  • To think freely

So is President Trump or Mike Pence within the Bounds of the United States Constitution? I write this with a heavy heart because I too bought into Donald Trump. I voted for him and helped get votes for him. I know what you are thinking who else can we vote for and therein lies another huge problem. No common man can run for President. The game is rigged.
